hi all,
I've an nokia n82 phone with talks software.
Upon my attempt to restart the phone I was met with a white screen.
I've tried the formatting process, and get no luck.
There is no sound, and not even the nokia logo can be seen. The screen is first white, and then the phone goes completely blank.
I have heard that this is often known as the white screen of death, but I hope the phone can possibly be revived.
Any suggestions would be quite helpfull.

I guess either formatting by the code star number 7370 number will bring back your phone to factory settings. if not, try using the firmware updating software and update or reinstall your firmware again. you can get that from blindsea.com.

You can try resetting it by pressing down call, star, and the number 3. While those buttons are held down, press the power button. It's like finger acrobatics, so it might be easier (not by much), if you're at a desk or table. You will lose everything on the phone. good luck.

Oh before doing that, does it charge when you plug it in?
